Begins October 1 - January 31 

Please attach the following with your open enrollment application:

1.     Open Enrollment Application (may be downloaded from District Web page)
2.     Recent report card or transcript.
3.     Copy of discipline record.
4.     Copy of your lease, deed or a current Exel Energy bill showing your current address.
5.     Copy of birth certificate.
